1. Business Document Planning Call A conversation for business owners who need help organizing practical, internal documents. Examples include operating procedures, workflow checklists, staff instructions, and internal policy drafts. Celeste will discuss what the business needs, what information the client already has, and the scope of the project. 2. Florida Notary Appointment An in-person appointment for clients who already have a document that needs notarization
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment using the link in your booking confirmation or by contacting me directly. **Business Document Planning Call:** If you paid for the call, cancellation at least 24 hours in advance qualifies for a full refund. You may also reschedule once at no additional charge. Cancellations within 24 hours and missed appointments are nonrefundable. Document creation, if requested, is quoted separately and will have its own project terms. **Florida Notary Appointment:** Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. You will not be charged a notarial fee for an act that was not performed. Any applicable mobile travel charge will be disclosed and agreed to before the appointment; if travel has already begun, that separately agreed charge may still apply. If I need to cancel either appointment, you may reschedule or receive a full refund of any amount paid for that appointment.
